We are seeking an experienced Senior Cyber Governance & Risk Analyst to join our Managed Security Services practice embedded within Commercial Banking & Payments CISO.

In this role, you will act as a key driver of cyber governance, risk management, and issue tracking. You will work closely with CISO leadership and commercial banking stakeholders to execute control frameworks, manage cyber risk assessments, and streamline issue management across global payments and commercial banking platforms.

• 📊 Cyber Governance & Reporting: Drive governance initiatives and deliver clear, executive-ready cyber security reporting for Commercial Banking leadership.
• 🔎 Risk & Control Execution: Perform comprehensive cyber risk assessments, evaluating control effectiveness and ensuring compliance with banking security policies.
• ⚠️ Issue & Remediation Management: Lead end-to-end issue tracking, root cause analysis, and remediation oversight for identified cyber risks and audit findings.
• 🤝 Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as a core liaison between business unit heads, CISO teams, and technical specialists to embed security governance into daily operations.
• 📜 Compliance & Oversight: Ensure cyber practices align with banking regulations and internal risk frameworks across UK Commercial Banking and Payments divisions.

• 🛡️ Information Security Expertise: Advanced knowledge (P3 level) of information security principles, threat/risk frameworks, and governance standards.
• 🏦 Banking / Financial Services Sector: Proven track record supporting CISO or Cyber Risk functions within global corporate, commercial, or retail banking environments.
• ⚖️ Risk Assessment & Controls: Practical experience evaluating risk profiles, assessing control maturity, and tracking issue resolution.
• 💬 Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills with the confidence to influence, advise, and collaborate across cross-functional commercial banking teams.
