Your Role and ImpactAs a Senior Residential Childcare Worker, you will serve as a vital source of stability and encouragement. Every interaction-from facilitating daily routines and meal times to organizing engaging outings-contributes to a safe and nurturing environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building meaningful, supportive relationships with young people to foster their development.
- Coordinating daily activities, including educational readiness and creative projects.
- Maintaining accurate records to uphold the highest standards of care.
- Contributing to a warm, inclusive, and professional residential atmosphere.

Requirements- A full, manual UK driving licence is essential.

- Competitive Salary: Base salary of £28,645.50 - £29,464.50, plus sleep-in payments (OTE £37,464).
