- Personality & Values: A empathetic, patient, and good-humoured approach, combined with a strong desire to mentor and uplift young lives.
- Background: Experience in residential care, support work, youth services, education, or community outreach is highly valued.
- Licence: A full UK manual driving licence is essential due to the requirements of transporting service users.
- Flexibility: Willingness to participate in a shift pattern that includes evening, weekend, and sleep-in duties.
This role is ideally suited to experienced care practitioners, but applications are also strongly encouraged from individuals possessing transferable skills gained in roles such as:
