Senior GUI Developer - Real-Time Trading Applications

Are you a seasoned GUI developer ready to lead high-impact projects in a fast-paced, global trading environment? We're seeking a Senior GUI Developer to spearhead the design and implementation of a real-time Limit Order Application at the core of a cutting-edge eFX trading platform.
This is a critical, senior-level role for someone with deep technical expertise in GUI development, real-time systems, and financial workflows.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of a next-generation GUI for global FX limit order trading.
- Work closely with traders, quantitative analysts, and backend engineers to build robust, real-time interfaces for order entry, modification, and monitoring.
- Ensure high performance, reliability, and usability under live trading conditions.
- Evolve and maintain GUI architecture and component libraries to support scalability and responsiveness.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a high-performance engineering culture.
- Uphold rigorous standards of code quality, operational resilience, and risk management.
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of GUI development experience, ideally in trading or real-time systems.
- Expertise in Java (Swing/JavaFX) and/or modern web frameworks (React, Electron).
- Strong Java programming skills with a focus on real-time data visualization and performance tuning.
- Solid understanding of FX trading and limit order workflows.
- Proven experience leading development teams and managing global code releases.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across geographically distributed teams.
- A full-stack mindset with a deep understanding of system integration and data flow.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with automated trading systems and market connectivity.
- Experience in financial services, particularly electronic trading platforms.
