Level 3 Deskside Support Engineer

A leading global professional services firm in London is seeking a Senior Level 3 Deskside Engineer to act as the primary technical point of contact for their executive leadership and high-profile consultancy teams. This isn't just a support role-it's a position for a technical lead who can balance deep infrastructure knowledge with "white-glove" service.
As a Level 3 Deskside Engineer you will carry out the following responsibilities
- Deliver high-priority, discrete technical care for senior leadership and executives.
- Lead complex escalations and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to permanently resolve systemic issues.
- Manage endpoint health via Intune, SCCM, or JAMF while using PowerShell/Python to automate workflows.
- Act as the lead for OS migrations, security patching, and hardware standardization projects
The successful candidate should have the following core competencies / skills
- 5+ years in high-level Deskside or Field Engineering.
- Proficiency in Intune, SCCM, or JAMF.
- Practical experience with PowerShell or Python.
- VIP Support: Proven "white-glove" service for senior leadership.
- Strong command of Win 10/11, macOS, and M365.
- Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, or Okta.
