Our large Professional Services client is currently hiring for a Service Management Lead position. You will be mainly responsible for refining and leading the Service Management Office. This is a 12 month contract position, based in Dublin and is a hybrid role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of programs, projects or managed services
- Coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience with ServiceNow.
- Experience in relationship management with stakeholders.
Daily rate is €330 - €340 a day depending on experience.
