Key Responsibilities
Day-to-Day Leadership: Manage the daily operations on-site, ensuring subcontractors hit milestones safely and efficiently.
Safety First: Maintain rigorous health and safety standards, conducting inductions, RAMS reviews, and tool-box talks.
Quality Control: Deliver the project to the highest standards, ensuring handovers are snag-free and on time.
Client & Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a key point of contact on-site, fostering positive working relationships.
What We Are Looking For
Proven Track Record: Experience managing sections or full builds as a No.1 or No.2 Site Manager for a reputable main contractor.
Local Knowledge: Based within a commutable distance of Oxford.
Essential Qualifications: Valid SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid at Work.
Drive & Attitude: A proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills and an eye for detail.
