We are seeking dedicated and experienced Social Workers for new perm/temporary assignments. You will be stepping into a fast-paced statutory environment, providing critical support, protection, and intervention to vulnerable children and families. Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive, child-centered assessments to identify needs, risks, and required outcomes.
- Develop, implement, and review effective care, child in need, and child protection plans.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary partner agencies to ensure holistic support.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date case records in line with statutory guidelines.
- Advocate strongly for the best interests of the children and families on your caseload.
- Recognized qualification in Social Work (e.g., BA/MA Social Work, DipSW).
- Active registration with Social Work England (SWE).
- Demonstrable post-qualifying experience in a statutory children's social care setting.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage time efficiently.
- Competitive hourly rate of £38.00 per hour.
- Flexibility to work within specialised departments including Safeguarding, Court Teams, or Duty and Assessment.
