We are searching for a teaching assistant to join a friendly team of staff at our SEN school based in Godalming.
As a teaching assistant within SEN, you will be supporting students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups - aiding their learning, communication, skill development, and creating a safe space for students to grow.
Salary: £88-105 per day - Monday to Friday 8:30-4:30 - part-time options not available
Requirements:
- GCSE Maths and English at grade 4/C or above
- Experience working alongside non-verbal students and an understanding of the condition as well as Autistic Spectrum Disorder.
- Drivers preferred due to rural campus location
- Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check on the Update Service - or currently possess one
- Previous experience delivering personal care for ages 7-19.
