What You Bring
- Proven experience working with children in an SEN, care, or alternative provision setting.
- A calm, adaptable approach and a thick skin for high-pressure situations.
- Minimum Grade C/4 GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths.
- Strong safeguarding knowledge and excellent communication skills.
- Permanent, legal entitlement to work in the UK (the school cannot offer sponsorship).
- Willingness to undergo a full enhanced DBS check or have one on the update service.
