What You Bring

We are looking for professionals who blend deep clinical skill with genuine empathy.

1. Experience & Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of paid UK experience in a children's residential or crisis support setting.
• Proven ability to de-escalate aggression, self-harm, or destructive behaviors calmly and without judgement.
• A strict understanding of professional boundaries and safe-touch protocols.
• PMVA training is highly desirable (training can be provided for the right candidate).

1. Mindset & Essentials:

• Resilience: The mental stamina to remain a calm, consistent anchor during stressful shifts.
• Observation: A sharp eye for micro-changes in a young person's mood or behavior.
• Compliance: An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
• Mobility: A full UK Driving Licence with business insurance is highly preferred.
