Key Responsibilities
Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for SEN learners with complex and multiple learning difficulties.
Assist in managing behavioural, social, and emotional development in a classroom of no more than 8 students.
Collaborate with teachers and therapy teams to create a safe, enabling, and engaging learning environment.
Utilise the school's premium resources (from tech to outdoor spaces) to enhance student engagement.
Job Requirements
To be considered for this Specialist TA position, you must meet the following criteria:
Qualifications: GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C/4 or equivalent).
Experience: Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant, Support Worker, or Childcare Professional (must be able to provide references).
Compliance: Right to work in the UK and willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
