We are recruiting for a hands-on, detail-driven Supply Chain Coordinator based in Tipton. In this key operational role, you will take ownership of end-to-end supply chain activities-from demand forecasting and supplier management to global logistics and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:
- Demand & Forecast Planning: Manage customer forecasts, analyse sales trends, and align supply planning to eliminate stock gaps.
- Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong working relationships with key suppliers across the UK and overseas.
- Logistics & Movement: Coordinate seamless movement of goods across the supply chain-from factory to warehouse to end customer.
- Stock & Data Control: Monitor inventory levels to prevent overstocking or shortages, while maintaining master part codes and pricing accuracy across internal systems.
- Order Processing: Oversee UK stock orders and direct-from-factory orders, managing ETAs and stakeholder expectations.
- Operations Support: Partner with the Business Operations Manager on continuous process improvement and cross-departmental projects.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven background within supply chain, inventory control, or logistics coordination.
- Confident reading data trends and managing demand/forecasting.
- Experience liaising with overseas suppliers and managing freight/logistics flow.
- A practical, solutions-led problem solver who stays calm under pressure.
- High level of accuracy with system data, part coding, and stock management.
