FCG Permanent Community Support Worker:The Role & Schedule- Contract: This is a permanent position averaging 35 hours per week.
- Working Pattern: The schedule follows a set two-week rolling rota. Week 1 requires working Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday, while Week 2 covers Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
- Shift Times: The role operates on split shifts, specifically 07:30-13:00 and then returning for 17:00-21:30.
- Hourly Rate: The role pays £12.80 per hour on weekdays and an increased rate of £16.80 per hour on weekends.
- Overtime Incentives: There are great bonuses for picking up extra shifts, offering an additional £25 per dayshift and £35 per backshift.
- Driving: It is mandatory that candidates are drivers with access to their own vehicle.
- Experience: Interestingly, care experience is not essential for this role. They welcome both fully qualified staff and those entirely new to the care sector, as full training is provided.
- Tayport: 1 Full-Time Driver required (Female only).
- St Andrews: 1 Full-Time Driver required (Female only).
