Role: Children's Support Worker

Your Contribution
- Support vulnerable children in residential and community setups, focusing on emotional growth and safety.
- Apply trauma-informed practices to support young people with autism, SEMH needs, and childhood adversity.
- Log updates smoothly using "Clear Care" and book your shifts in seconds on the Randstad Scheduler app.
Requirements
- 1+ years of UK-based care experience with vulnerable youth or looked-after children. (Transferable UK adult complex care background accepted with strong trauma/PACE understanding).
- Valid UK driving license and car owner.
- Full Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorship provided).
- A compassionate, reliable, and grounded attitude.
