What Your Role Entails:- Provide essential nursing and personal care to adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and sensory impairments.
- Cultivate a positive, supportive, and empowering environment where individuals can flourish.
- Collaborate effectively with a professional team to uphold the highest standards of care.
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in UK residential home services.
- Residency within or close proximity to the Wigton and Longtown areas.
- Possession of an enhanced Child & Adult DBS certificate on the update service, alongside mandatory training and PMVA/Restraint certificates.
- Ability to provide strong professional references from the past three years.
- You have the unrestricted right to work in the UK (sadly, we dont sponsor visas right now).
- Commitment to working a minimum of 36.5 hours per week, typically across three shifts.
- A proactive and dedicated approach to supporting others.
