This specialist residential setting local to you is looking for a support worker to join their team ASAP on a full time, permanent basis (44 hours a week).
This setting boasts a welcoming and modern site and has been supporting learners for over 15 years. The school setting supports approx. 100 children and young people from the age of 6 years upwards. The residential setting is available to students attending the school. Young people at this school and residential setting have Complex needs including Autism so a supportive, nurturing and resilient team member is needed.
Post holders will work on a 1:1 and small group basis with the residents and support them in there every day needs. The existing team are passionate and dedicated and are invested in offering a safe and supportive environment for the children. This setting is invested in all their staff members and their training and development and is a fabulous setting to work in.
As this is a residential setting applicants for this post must be available Monday and Friday and able to do a mixture of the below shifts:
Early- 6:30am-1:30pm
Afternoon/late: 15:30pm -10pm
This role is term time only and is a permanent role.

All applicants for this position must have the following requirements to be considered:
Level 3 Diploma in children's residential care (desirable not essential)
Relevant support work, childcare, care or teaching assistant experience (Must be able to provide references)
Eligibility to work in the UK
