Title: Elderly Day Care Assistant - Pencoed Hub
Pay: £15.00 to £16.80 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM - 4:30 PM - can be flexible around school runs etc

We are expanding our day centre team in Pencoed and looking for warm, dependable individuals to support older adults and people living with age-related conditions. If you're a natural chatterbox with a big heart, you'll fit right in!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading daily social activities, gentle movement groups, and creative projects.
- Ensuring members' well-being through attentive personal care and mealtime assistance.
- Helping older adults maintain independence and stay connected with their local community.
- Building strong, trustworthy relationships with members and their families.
