Ignite Curiosity. Transform Futures.
Are you a passionate scientist with a gift for inspiring young minds? We are seeking a dedicated Teacher of Science to join a high-performing, oversubscribed 11-16 academy in Havering.
This isn't just a classroom role; it's an invitation to join a community built on the values of Belong, Believe, and Become. With a brand-new Sixth Form recently launched, there has never been a more exciting time to join our ambitious team.
Why Choose Us?
We do things differently. We believe that a teacher's focus should be on their craft, not on paperwork.
Work-Life Harmony: We use meaningful measures to manage workload, including an early finish on Fridays, no graded observations, and sensible feedback policies that replace onerous marking.
Subject-First Pedagogy: We believe the subject should dictate how you teach. Our "front and centre" approach gives you the autonomy to lead with expertise.
Professional Growth: As a "Leading Edge" school, we are at the forefront of educational research. You will benefit from bespoke line management and career progression opportunities within a wider, nationally recognized Federation.
Culture of Consistency: We utilize firm but fair routines, allowing you to teach in a calm, focused environment where students are taught how to behave, not just told to.
