Position Overview: Are you a Psychology, Behavioural Science, or Education Studies graduate seeking high-quality, practical clinical experience? This position is specifically designed for analytical, dedicated individuals looking to build a career in Educational Psychology, Speech Therapy, or Specialised SEN Teaching.
Note: You must have a full UK driving licence, a car, and prior hands-on experience supporting children with special needs to be considered.
What This Role Offers You: Unlike standard teaching assistant roles, this position offers a structured, scientific approach to education. You will be trained to use Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) to track data, analyse behavioural antecedents, and implement evidence-based interventions that genuinely change a child's developmental trajectory.
Core Duties:
Graphing and tracking student behavioural data daily to measure the efficacy of interventions.
Modifying and executing individualised education programs (IEPs) for autistic children.
Participating in weekly multidisciplinary clinical case reviews.
Maintaining a highly structured, positive learning environment.
Candidate Requirements:
A degree in Psychology, Education, or a related discipline is highly desirable.
Documented experience working with children with SEN (Autism spectrum conditions preferred).
Strong analytical skills and a desire to work with data-driven educational methods.
Must drive and have a vehicle.
