Key Requirements
A valid Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
Hands-on experience supporting learners within a primary school setting.
Reliable classroom presence and the confidence to handle challenging behaviors constructively.
High adaptability and strong communication skills to fit into different staff teams quickly.
An Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service (essential to ensure an immediate start).
