What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

Ensure student safety and engagement by assisting during break times, lunch hours, and school outings.
Tailor your approach to support students with special educational needs (SEN), ensuring every child stays included and motivated.
Manage classroom behavior positively, building exceptional rapport with the children, regular staff, and parents alike.
Key Requirements
A valid Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
Hands-on experience supporting learners within a primary school setting.
Reliable classroom presence and the confidence to handle challenging behaviors constructively.
High adaptability and strong communication skills to fit into different staff teams quickly.
An Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service (essential to ensure an immediate start).
