Responsibilities- Support classroom teachers with daily lesson delivery and effective classroom management.
- Work 1:1 or in small groups with pupils to boost literacy, numeracy, and overall confidence.
- Assist children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), such as ASD, ADHD, or speech delays.
- Create an inclusive, safe, and encouraging learning environment for all students.
- Previous experience working with children or young people (schools, nurseries, youth work, care, or coaching).
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to learning support.
- Strong communication skills and a good command of English and Maths.
- An Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for one).
- Right to work in the UK and reliable transport links to schools in your area.
- Competitive Pay: £85.00 - £105.00 per day (dependent on experience), paid weekly via PAYE with no hidden umbrella fees.
