* Full-time, Monday-Friday (08:30am - 4:15pm)

Responsibilities:
* Supporting students on a 1:1 and small group basis
* Assisting teachers with personalised learning activities
* Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
* Helping students develop communication, independence and life skills
* Supporting community-based learning activities and work-related experiences
* Assisting with personal care where required
* Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists and families
Requirements:
* A patient, resilient and compassionate approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* SEN or Teaching Assistant experience desirable but not essential
* Willingness to undertake specialist training
* Ability to support students with complex communication and behavioural needs
* Eligibility to work in the UK
