The Role
As a Supply Teaching Assistant, no two days are the same. Your main responsibilities will include:
Supporting the class teacher to keep lessons running smoothly.
Working 1:1 or in small groups with pupils who need an extra boost.
Creating a positive, welcoming environment for students.
Helping manage classroom behaviour in a supportive, constructive way.
What We Need From You
Previous experience working with children (school settings, childcare, coaching, or youth work are all great).
A proactive, enthusiastic attitude and the ability to adapt to new environments quickly.
Excellent communication and behavioural management skills.
A valid Enhanced DBS check (or the willingness to apply for one through Randstad).
