Key Duties
- Support pupils through 1:1 sessions and small-group learning activities.

- Guide students in developing essential reading, writing, and numeracy skills.
- Promote an inclusive, engaging, and supportive classroom culture.
Requirements
- Strong passion for supporting primary-aged children.

- Patient, adaptable, and creative approach to learning.
- Prior experience in a school or childcare setting is preferred, though a proactive and willing-to-learn mindset is paramount.
