We're seeking energetic, adaptable, and empathetic Teaching Assistants to support students across Key Stages 3 & 4 in Liverpool secondary schools. Whether you're guiding a student through GCSE prep, providing 1-to-1 support, or assisting in a vibrant classroom setting, your contribution will make a real difference every day.
What You'll Do:
- Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
- Provide tailored 1-to-1 and small group support for students needing extra help.
- Help build student confidence, resilience, and academic success.
- Foster an inclusive, positive environment where every young person thrives.
What We're Looking For:
- Relevant experience working with young people (schools, youth work, or tutoring welcome).
- Strong communication, patience, and a sense of humor.
- Enthusiasm for working in secondary education.
- Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service (or willingness to complete one).
