Hours: 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30am - 5:00pm (Term-Time Only!)

The Role & Who We Are Looking For:
You will be trained to deliver individualised, specialist support to students, helping them overcome barriers to learning, anxiety, and sensory overload.
We don't require years of classroom experience. We are looking for driven, solution-focused individuals who possess:
Level 2 (or equivalent) in Maths and English (essential).
Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence.
A proactive, analytical mind capable of seeing potential where others see a barrier.
The resilience and flexibility to handle diverse daily duties, including community learning, physical intervention, and personal care.
