Care Co-ordinator RoleLocation: Glasgow (Fully Office-Based | Must live within a 1-hour radius)
Salary: £28,500 - £32,000 per year (DOE) + £100/wk on-call allowance
Hours: Full-Time, Monday - Friday (9:00 am - 5:00 pm)
Ready to step into a pivotal role with a fast-growing, quality-focused domiciliary care provider? Supporting over 1,000 care hours a week, we are looking for a proactive problem-solver to keep our operations running smoothly.
The Role
Working closely with the Registered Manager, you will be the logisitcal heartbeat of our service-managing rotas, matching carers to clients, and handling real-time operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling: Produce weekly rotas and ensure all care calls are fully covered.
Matching: Pair Care Workers with Service Users based on needs and compatibility.
Problem Solving: Cover last-minute absences, emergencies, and schedule changes.
Team Support: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff retention.
Leadership: Liaise with families and professionals, and deputise for the Manager when needed.
On-Call: Participate in the evening/weekend on-call rota (paid additionally).
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Proven track record as a Care Co-ordinator (ideally in domiciliary care).
Mobility: Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Skills: Strong IT and scheduling skills, calm under pressure, and a logical thinker.
Knowledge: Good understanding of community care and relevant legislation.
SVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care is desirable, but not essential.
