Financial & Commercial Governance
P&L Accountability: Take full ownership of the contract P&L, managing multi-million-pound operational and project budgets while maintaining healthy margins.
Financial Workflow: Orchestrate the end-to-end financial lifecycle, including rigorous WIP (Work in Progress) management, accurate invoicing, and debt resolution to ensure optimal cash flow.
Quoted Works: Identify and secure significant "extra works" and lifecycle projects, presenting compelling business cases for plant upgrades and technical improvements.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Partnership Leadership: Act as the senior technical and commercial liaison for the Landlord, Building Management team, and high-profile tenants.
Performance Reporting: Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, presenting comprehensive data on KPI/SLA performance, financial health, and compliance trends.
Compliance, Safety & People
Statutory Governance: Ensure the building remains 100% compliant with all UK legislation, governing meticulous digital logbooks for internal and external audits.
Team Development: Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering management team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and engineering pride.
Safety Culture: Implement and govern robust Safe Systems of Work (SSoW), overseeing high-risk Permits to Work and RAMS reviews.

The ideal candidate will be a technically grounded leader who thrives in the high-pressure environment of the London commercial market.
Technical Requirements:
Education: Level 3 in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent senior-level industry experience).
