This role is a high-stakes, high-impact contract engagement focused on ensuring predictable, high-velocity, and outcome-oriented execution across our entire technical ecosystem.
💡 What You'll Be Doing: The Amplifier RoleYou won't just be managing projects; you'll be acting as an amplifier for productivity, quality, and innovation for our internal technical customers (engineers, data scientists, designers).
This is an immediate, contract role, meaning we require seasoned professionals who can hit the ground running and drive significant impact instantly.
- Proven Program Mastery: Extensive, autonomous experience running multiple complex programs that have delivered significant organizational impact.
- Cross-Functional Fluency: You have collaborated deeply with engineering, product, and functional analysts-you speak their language and understand the delivery roles required to ensure proper staffing.
- Change Leader: Highly skilled in leading change management initiatives and transforming conceptual chaos into tangible, ordered execution.
- Domain Advantage (Highly Beneficial): Previous experience within a digital media or technical platform organization (e.g., cloud, infrastructure, internal tools) is a distinct advantage.
