We are looking for a strategic Tender Planner to drive our pre-construction efforts across the North West.
The Role
Develop Winning Bids: Create robust, logic-linked tender programmes using Asta Powerproject (or P6).
Strategic Sequencing: Collaborate with Estimators and Project Directors to define innovative construction methodologies and site logistics.
Risk & Opportunity: Identify project constraints and develop smart mitigation strategies to give us the competitive edge.
Client Engagement: Present technical programmes and 4D visualisations during high-stakes tender interviews.
Requirements
Experience: Proven track record in planning within a major UK building or civil engineering environment.
Software: High proficiency in Asta Powerproject.
Expertise: Deep understanding of construction stages, from groundworks to fit-out.
Communication: Ability to translate complex data into clear, persuasive narratives for stakeholders.
