Trainee Sales Consultant

Trainee Sales Consultant Package:
- A competitive basic salary of £32k
- Y1 OTE of £40k!
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior consultants.
- Accurately input project data into ERP systems.
- Maintain and improve key systems (Salesforce, Smartsheet).
- Actively participate in team meetings and strategy sessions.
- Take ownership of delegated tasks and provide regular updates.
- Contribute to the execution of sales strategies.
- Represent consultants in internal meetings.
- Work towards promotion to a full Consultant role.
Requirements:
We are looking for you, if:
- You possess GCSEs in English and Maths.
- You are an excellent communicator (written and verbal).
- You have exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
- You are proactive, self-motivated, and a team player.
- You are familiar with Microsoft Office Suite and willing to learn new systems.
- You have proven teamwork and leadership skills (desirable).
- You hold public speaking qualifications (desirable).
