Are you a Psychology Graduate or an experienced EYFS/SEN professional looking to become a Qualified Teacher? We are recruiting for a unique SEN school in Cranleigh that offers a fully-funded, two-year career path from 1:1 Support to Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

This is a specialist setting for Autism, utilising Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) in a completely non-restraint environment.

Candidate Requirements
To be eligible for this funded training programme, you must have:
Experience: At least 6 months in Education, Children's Residential Homes, or EYFS.
Academic Background: GCSE Maths & English (Grade C/4 or equivalent). A degree in Psychology or Social Sciences is highly preferred.
Compliance: Full Right to Work in the UK (No visas expiring within the next 12 months).
Resilience: A passion for supporting students with complex needs using positive reinforcement.
