High-Impact Role | Salesforce Multi-Cloud | Utilities Sector
We are seeking a Lead UX/UI Designer to drive the user experience for a major digital transformation in the Utilities sector. This critical role focuses on designing cohesive, user-centered solutions across the Salesforce multi-cloud platform (Sales, Service, Field Service, Experience Cloud).
You will own the end-to-end UX process, ensuring alignment with the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and designing for complex personas: field engineers, back-office staff, and customers.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years as a UX/UI Designer, with proven experience in Salesforce multi-cloud programs.
- Deep SLDS expertise and the ability to design within platform constraints.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Utilities business processes (e.g., field operations, service management).
- Strong proficiency in Figma and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Expertise in designing for multi-persona and mobile-first environments.
