- Act as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, conducting regular performance reviews, monitoring SLAs/KPIs, and ensuring total client satisfaction.
- Provide expert advice across water hygiene, legionella control, and water treatment compliance in line with ACoP L8, HSG274, and BS 8580 standards.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across wider compliance services, prepare technical proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and secure contract renewals.
- Work alongside operational teams, risk assessors, and water chemists to ensure sampling regimes, monitoring schedules, and remedial works are delivered accurately and profitably.
- Proven experience in commercial account management, technical sales, or client relationship management within water hygiene, water treatment, or environmental compliance.
- Strong working knowledge of water compliance legislation (ACoP L8, HSG274, BS 8580).
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing account P&L, contract renewals, and proposal writing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build long-term relationships with Facilities Managers, Estates Directors, and Duty Holders.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
