Role Overview
We are looking for a Workplace Coach to support individuals with neurodiverse conditions and disabilities in developing strategies to improve performance, confidence, and independence at work. This role involves delivering structured coaching sessions, both remotely and face-to-face, tailored to individual needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 coaching sessions to clients (primarily neurodiverse individuals)
- Support clients with areas such as:
- Executive functioning
- Organisation and time management
- Focus and attention
- Workplace communication
- Apply structured coaching models (e.g. GROW, bespoke frameworks)
- Maintain accurate session records, action plans, and reports
- Work collaboratively with employers where appropriate (co-coaching approach)
- Adapt coaching style to suit different learning and communication needs
- Ensure all work aligns with professional coaching standards and data protection requirements
Essential Requirements
- ILM Level 3 in Coaching (or equivalent)
- Experience supporting neurodiverse individuals and/or disabilities in the workplace
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to deliver both remote and face-to-face coaching
- Organised with good administrative discipline (notes, timesheets, reports)
Desirable
- Experience with Access to Work clients
- Knowledge of assistive technology and workplace adjustments
- Background in coaching, training, or support roles
