Randstad can now supply qualified counsellors and wellbeing mentors. Work with a partner provider you can trust to minimise risk and maximise your students' potential.

500 of our support staff hold the necessary qualifications and professional body memberships with British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and the National Counselling Society (NCS). Many of these staff are already working as counsellors or psychotherapists, and could support your service.

We are already supporting Universities and colleges with Counsellors and mental health specialists. We have processes in place that we can replicate in order to supply into your counselling and wellbeing services quickly and reduce waiting lists.

We have a national network of 5,000 specialist support staff. We support over 17,000 Higher Education students with Mentoring, Study Skills Support, Notetaking, and Practical Support. Therefore we have the capacity to supply into universities quickly and alleviate the pressures being faced by your team.
