Your Responsibilities- Provide high-quality administrative and operational support to the defect management team.
- Manage and update maintenance data systems, ensuring accuracy in work schedules and instructions.
- Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment in collaboration with the supply chain.
- Produce professional reports and presentation materials for leadership.
- Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- IT proficiency, specifically in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook are essential; PowerPoint is a bonus).
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative spirit and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
- A valid UK Driving Licence is mandatory, as this role involves travel across the network.
