Randstad Education are currently recruiting for an Attendance Administrator for a long-term role based in a Liverpool Secondary School.

Responsibilities:
- Monitoring school attendance records and identify trends and 'at-risk' students
- Follow up on absences and lateness with parents/guardians
- Work with Heads of Year and the Safeguarding Team to support vulnerable learners
- Support the SLT to develop strategies to improve attendance
- Liaising with external agencies, such as Welfare Officers and Social Services, where required
- Maintaining accurate records in accordance with school policy and legal requirements
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Enhanced Child DBS (or willingness to apply)
