Location: Lanark, Carluke, and Biggar (South West Service)
Contract: Full-time | Flexible shift pattern (Days, Evenings & Weekends)
Pay Rate: Starts at £13.45/hr $\rightarrow$ £13.67/hr post-engagement $\rightarrow$ progress up to £14.15/hr
Sleepover Allowance: £107.60 per sleepover worked
Are you compassionate, eager to learn, and ready to make a real difference? We are seeking dedicated full-time Autism Practitioners to join a supportive team across Lanark, Carluke, and Biggar on a Temp-to-Perm basis.
The Role
As an Autism Practitioner, you will empower individuals to live fulfilling, independent lives. Core responsibilities include:
- Acting as a Keyworker to deliver tailored, person-centred care.
- Assisting with personal care and household tasks.
- Applying low-arousal support approaches based on Studio 3 principles.
Requirements
- Experience & Mindset: A strong willingness to develop your knowledge of autism and live core care values-Compassion, Contribution, Collaboration, and Change Maker.
- Compliance: PVG scheme membership and SSSC registration (or a willingness to register and work towards a relevant qualification).
- Flexibility: Ability to work a dynamic rota including day, evening, weekend, and sleepover shifts.
