Package: Continuous 2:1 support for an energetic 26-year-old gentleman (ASC, ADHD, PICA, Learning Disability).
Location: Kingseat, Dunfermline (Transition) -> Glenrothes (Permanent tenancy from Jan).
Shifts & Hours: Days (07:30-15:00) | Backs (14:30-22:00) | Waking Nights & Sleepovers. Guaranteed FT/PT hours via local top-up shifts.
Core Duties: Low-arousal de-escalation, non-verbal communication, strict PICA environmental safety, and supporting sensory activities (music, dancing, car drives).
Requirements: Complex care/autism experience, calm de-escalation skills, and a clean UK driving licence (preferred for automatic vehicle).
