- Deliver personal care and support daily routines.
- Facilitate sensory and leisure activities (garden time, music, water play, drives in the mobility car).
- Identify signs of sensory overload and apply gentle, low-arousal de-escalation techniques.
- Resilience & Composure: Experience or confidence managing complex behaviors (loud vocalizations, physical distress) calmly.
- Communication: Strong ability to read subtle non-verbal cues and body language.
- Driving Licence: Clean UK licence preferred (for mobility vehicle).
