Essential Requirements
... - 5 GCSEs including English & Maths .
- Proven experience in an administrative setting.
- Right to work in the UK and clear Enhanced DBS check.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage reception duties, greeting visitors and handling queries.
- Maintain exemplary and accurate student records.
- Provide comprehensive clerical support to school business functions.
- Coordinate bookings for facilities, equipment, and refreshments.
- Undertake minuting for meetings and school committees.
- Support the arrangement of school trips and internal events.
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and official correspondence.
- Update the school portal and Virtual Learning Environments.
- Assist with Health & Safety administration and compliance.
- Promote the values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, and Respect.
