CAFCASS is currently seeking 10 Qualified Social Workers to join our vital Work to First Hearing (WTFH) teams. This is a prestigious opportunity to join the national body representing children's interests in family court proceedings, all while benefiting from a fully remote, work-from-home setup.
We are looking for dedicated professionals who can hit the ground running. Due to the critical nature of these assessments, candidates must be immediately available or able to start within a 4-week notice period.

As a WTFH Social Worker, you are at the forefront of private law proceedings. Your work ensures that the court has the necessary information to make safe, child-centered decisions at the very first opportunity.
Safeguarding: Conduct essential checks and risk assessments at the earliest stage of legal proceedings.
Analysis: Provide high-quality, analytical reports for the First Hearing Dispute Resolution Appointment (FHDRA).
Advocacy: Ensure the safety and well-being of children are prioritized in every recommendation.
