- Accommodation Included: Shared accommodation is provided by our clients for the duration of your placement.
- Travel Costs Covered: Your ferry bookings to and from the islands will be fully reimbursed by Randstad.
- Flexible Contract Lengths: We require a minimum commitment of 12 weeks, with several placements extending up to 6 months.
- Work-Life Balance: If you choose to extend your contract past the initial 12 weeks, you are eligible to take up to 2 weeks of holiday.

Requirements
To be considered for these high-demand roles, you must meet the following criteria:
- Experience: A minimum of 12 months of experience within a suitable care role inside the UK.
- Mobility: Must be a driver with access to your own vehicle (essential for navigating the island locations or commuting from your accommodation).
- Right to work: As we're unable to provide sponsorship, you must have the full right to work unrestricted hours within the UK.
