Role Overview
- Deliver comprehensive care and emotional grounding to young residents across a shift pattern.
- De-escalate challenging situations using trauma-informed approaches and active listening.

- Ensure detailed, accurate record-keeping in accordance with Scottish care regulations.

Essential Requirements
- Prior professional experience in a residential facility supporting young people.
- PVG membership for working with vulnerable groups.
- SVQ Level 3 in Social Services (Children and Young People) preferred.
- Full UK driving licence (essential due to regional travel).
- Warm, adaptable personality with robust boundary-setting capabilities.
