What's the role all about?As a Children's Support Worker, you'll be a vital part of providing a stable and nurturing environment for children in residential settings. Your role will involve offering daily support, guidance, and encouragement, helping them to grow and flourish. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about creating a safe and stimulating space for young people.
What you'll be doing:- Providing consistent day-to-day support to children with emotional and/or behaviour difficulties.
- Helping to create a safe, caring, and engaging environment.
- Assisting children with their daily routines and activities.
- Acting as a positive role model and building strong, trusting relationships.
- Supporting the overall well-being and development of the children.
- Previous experience working with children with emotional and/or behaviour difficulties especially in a residential setting
- You must be a car driver.
- To be eligible for this role, you need to have indefinite leave to remain in the UK or a valid passport. Unfortunately, we cannot offer visa sponsorship for this position.
- A permanent position offering stability and a regular income.
