Are you passionate about empowering young people? We are looking for 8 dedicated Support Workers to join our residential teams across two vibrant locations. Whether you're a seasoned residential pro or have a background in youth work, sports coaching, or teaching assistance, we want to hear from you.
The Essentials
Locations: West Newcastle & Newbiggin-by-the-Sea
Pay: £13.29 per hour
Sleep-in Allowance: £60 per shift
Contract: Permanent roles (8 vacancies available)
What We're Looking For
You don't need a Level 3 qualification to start. Experience and value real-world experience and the right attitude above all else.
Experience: Previous work in children's residential care is a plus, but we will consider recent experience working with children or young people (schools, clubs, etc.).
Mobility: Right to Work: You must hold a British/Irish Passport or have Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR).
