Responsibilities- Manage complex caseloads, delivering effective and compassionate interventions.
- Develop and implement child-centred plans that prioritize safety and well-being.
- Collaborate closely with multi-agency partners to safeguard children.
- Prepare and present high-quality reports for meetings, reviews, and court proceedings.
- Apply sound professional judgement to inform critical decision-making and risk management.
- Qualified Social Worker with valid Social Work England registration.
- Proven experience working within Children's Services, including safeguarding, child protection, or looked-after children.
- Strong assessment, analytical, and report-writing skills.
- Confidence in managing complex cases and making evidence-based decisions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Must possess a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
