By partnering with various established children's residential homes throughout the region, we give you the autonomy to build a schedule that fits your lifestyle. Whether you want full-time block bookings or just want to pick up a few shifts around other commitments, the choice is yours.
Your Role at a Glance
Supporting children and young people with complex needs and emotional behavioural difficulties (EBD), your day-to-day will involve:
Creating Safety: Fostering a secure, predictable, and welcoming environment.
Building Life Skills: Empowering young people to develop independence and tackle daily routines.
Trauma-Informed Care: De-escalating challenging behaviours using calm, professional, and positive techniques.
Safeguarding: Executing tailored care plans to ensure total emotional and physical wellbeing.

Experience: Proven experience working with children and young people with complex needs/challenging behaviours in a formal residential care setting is essential.
Mobility: A full UK Driving Licence and access to a reliable vehicle is required due to the rural location of some services across Cornwall.
